    Our Approach

    We use the GAIM methodology:

    Goal Setting - Enterpreneurs set goals for personal and business transformation

    Accountability - accountability partnerships formed through peer and master couching

    Inspiration - stories shared with peers and rolemodelling reinforce our confidence that we too can be more and accomplish remarkable achievements.

    Mastery - Training & tools, implementations & practice build competencies & enhance confidence

    Our Process

    Step 1:

    We strengthen the skills and confidence of women entrepreneurs in order to address their business challenges.

    Step 3:

    We support entrepreneurs in becoming business leaders who will represent women in key decision-making platforms, influencing greater access to markets and finance for women across Africa.

    Step 2:

    The entrepreneurs are then able to scale their business from income generation to wealth creation.
