WCW IGNITE PROGRAMME: ONBOARDING PROCESS AND GUIDELINES

The Women Creating Wealth (WCW) program, a 6-8 month initiative of the Graça Machel Trust, focuses on capacitating women entrepreneurs to accelerate both their personal and business growth. The programme fosters a network of collaboration among women, helping them break down barriers, grow their businesses, and take on leadership roles within their industries and communities.

Upon enrolling, you should have received your login credentials via the email you provided during the application process, followed by updating your password.

Step 1: Confirm Commitment: To formally acknowledge your participation and commitment to the program, please review the terms and conditions provided at this link.

Step 2: Orientation & Introduction: You now have access to the orientation and introduction section of the course. It’s crucial to thoroughly review all the material to familiarize yourself with the overall structure and objectives of the program. Access the information here.

Step 3: Complete Phase Assessment: To ensure your learning path is tailored to your current business needs, you will find a phase assessment with 21 questions. Your responses will help us assign you to the most suitable business development phase (Bridging to Growth, Growth, or Scale-Up). Accurate answers are essential to match you with the right phase. Complete the assessment here.

Step 4: Begin Your Learning: You’ve now been allocated your phase — it's time to start your self-learning journey. Begin with a module that you have selected and aim to complete one per week. You are expected to finish 6 modules (2 from each readiness course). Submit your toolbox for each module to track your progress.
